LM4040CEX3-3.0+

Introducing the LM4040CEX3-3.0+, the highly reliable and accurate voltage reference designed to meet the demanding requirements of precision instrumentation and industrial applications. This miniature SOT-23 package offers a fixed voltage output of 3.0V with a maximum initial tolerance of only ±0.1% and a low temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C. The LM4040CEX3-3.0+ voltage reference operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for use in various challenging environments. It features a low dynamic output impedance of 0.4Ω, ensuring excellent load regulation and stability. With a supply current of only 60μA, this voltage reference is highly efficient, making it ideal for battery-powered and low power applications. Its small footprint and low quiescent current make it suitable for space-constrained designs. The LM4040CEX3-3.0+ offers exceptional long-term stability, ensuring consistent and precise voltage output over time.
