LM4040BIM3-2.5/V+T

Introducing the LM4040BIM3-2.5/V+T, a highly efficient and versatile voltage reference product designed to meet the demanding needs of modern electronic applications. The LM4040BIM3-2.5/V+T is a precision voltage reference that provides a stable, accurate output voltage of 2.5 volts, making it perfect for analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, precision instrumentation, and other high-performance applications. With its low quiescent current of only 60µA and wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, this voltage reference offers exceptional performance and reliability in a compact, surface-mount package. Furthermore, the LM4040BIM3-2.5/V+T is able to maintain an initial accuracy of ±1% while operating at a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V, making it suitable for a variety of power supply designs. This voltage reference also features a small, low-profile package, enabling it to be easily integrated into space-constrained designs. In addition, its excellent line and load regulation help to ensure a stable and consistent output voltage, even in the presence of changing loads or supply voltages.
