ICL7660CSA+T

The ICL7660CSA+T is a high-performance monolithic CMOS voltage converter that provides an effective and cost-efficient solution for converting positive to negative or negative to positive voltage levels. This versatile voltage converter is manufactured by Intersil, a leading semiconductor company known for its innovative and reliable components. The ICL7660CSA+T operates with a supply voltage ranging from 1.5V to 12V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It can generate a negative voltage level up to -10V or a positive voltage level up to +10V, with a maximum output current of 20mA. This makes it ideal for various applications such as LCD biasing, voltage doubling, and power supply control.
