The DS1746P-70+ is an advanced static RAM module designed to provide essential data storage solutions for various applications. Powered by advanced integrated circuit technology, this product offers reliable storage capabilities with excellent performance and high density. With a capacity of 16 kilobits (2K x 8), the DS1746P-70+ provides ample space for storing critical data and information. Its non-volatile design ensures data integrity even during power outages, making it ideal for use in mission-critical systems. This RAM module operates on a single power supply voltage, simplifying integration with existing systems and reducing overall power consumption. The DS1746P-70+ also features a wide industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), ensuring optimal performance in harsh environments.
