Introducing the DS1100LZ-60+T, the latest addition to our line of precision voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). Designed with state-of-the-art technology, this versatile VCO offers exceptional performance and reliability for a wide range of applications. The DS1100LZ-60+T provides a wide frequency range of 150MHz to 650MHz, making it suitable for use in wireless communication systems, frequency synthesizers, phase-locked loops, and RF test equipment. It features a low phase noise of -102dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset, ensuring clear and accurate signal transmission. With its high linearity and low distortion characteristics, the DS1100LZ-60+T delivers superior signal quality and stability. Its compact and durable construction ensures reliable operation in even the most demanding environments. This VCO is easy to integrate into existing systems due to its standard 6-pin SOT-23 package, making it ideal for compact designs.
