DG407DN+T

The DG407DN+T is a cutting-edge, high-performance semiconductor product designed for a vast range of applications. This versatile integrated circuit (IC) combines four independently selectable analog switches into a single package, making it a cost-effective solution for various system designs. Featuring a low on-resistance of only 35 ohms and a low leakage current of 1nA, the DG407DN+T ensures minimal power dissipation and excellent signal integrity. Its wide operating voltage range of ±5V to ±20V, coupled with its fast switch turn-on/off time of 70ns, makes it suitable for use in a broad spectrum of applications, including data acquisition systems, communications equipment, industrial control systems, and audio/video signal routing. The DG407DN+T's integration of four independent switches allows for flexible routing and multiplexing of analog signals. It offers high performance and reliability, with its robust design and high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection of up to 2000V.
